What Are the Payment Options?
At Glowifect, we aim to make your checkout process as smooth and convenient as possible. Below are the payment methods we currently accept:

Use Apple Pay on desktop or mobile if you have it enabled on your iPhone.
- Requirements on desktop: MacOS Sierra or above.
- Requirements on iOS: iOS 11 or above.
- Note: Apple Pay may not work if you accessed our site through an in-app browser, like Facebook’s.
Google Pay
Google Pay is available on both desktop and mobile. Simply log in with your Google account to complete your purchase.
ShopPay
For a faster checkout experience, ShopPay is available if you have a Shopify account.
Common Payment Issues
I’m getting a payment error when I try to check out. What can I do?
If you encounter an error, double-check your billing information for any mistakes, such as:
- Incorrect credit card number or CVV code.
- Billing address mismatches.
For errors like:
- "Your payment details couldn’t be verified": Review your credit card number and CVV.
- "Security code was not matched by the processor": Ensure the CVV code is correct.

I was charged more than once for an order. What happened?
Duplicate charges can occasionally occur. Here’s how to resolve it:
- One order confirmation email: Only one order likely went through. Duplicate charges should clear within 2-3 business days.
- No order confirmation email: Your orders didn’t go through. Charges should disappear in 1-2 business days. Try placing your order again with accurate billing details.

Credit Card Payment Details
We prioritize your security. Our direct payment gateway encrypts your credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is deleted afterward.
